LIFALANGA MOMA (RUTH)
We will be posting profiles for our first class of students over the coming weeks. These ten children have just started classes with tentative financial arrangements, but need your support to stay in school all year. We are trying to raise $210 for each child. $155 will pay for registration and school fees for the year, and $55 will cover uniforms, books, and other supplies. We are happy to accept partial donations for any of these costs, but are hoping to find sponsors that can commit to fully fund at least one student for a year. Please consider the difference you can make in someone’s life for less than $20 a month. A small sacrifice has the potential to drastically alter the course of these children’s lives.
Lifalanga Moma (Ruth) is a 14 year old girl whose father has passed away. Her mother is not in the home and she is living with her aunt, who sells bread on the street to try to feed the family. Ruth hasn’t been able to attend school for the last three years. She hopes to finish primary school and find work as a seamstress. If you would like to contribute to her education, please contact us or visit the donate page.
